If you want to know more about Christian, my favourite and the world’s leading trombonist, look at his Wikipedia entry! He simply must have had extreme talent if you see that three years after he picked up the trombone he became the first international full-time classical trombone soloist! I also started playing baritone horn, then later changed to trombone. But (much) more then three years have passed, still no international career in sight, I hardly ever play any more. Really have to pick up playing again, I need to find a small group for some playing for fun. I wasn’t that bad, not enough for studying the trombone, but a good amateur.
