Cover CDs the world might (not) need pt. 1 - Shred

You might not know what Shred is. It is less of a own music genre, more like a class or tag for music with high speed guitars. It allegedly started with Eddie van Halen, continued with big heros/egos like Yngwie Malmsteen, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani or in bands like Racer X (Nuno Bettencourt) or Symphony X (Michael Romoe).
But coming to my point - there are lots of cover CDs. Tribute albums, or some bands that cover all types of stuff in, lets say, Death Metal style. Why not a Shred cover albums, popular rock/pop songs with lots of unnecessary high speed neo-classical metal guitar solo parts. It might go a little something like this:

01. You’ve Got Another Shred Coming
02. Shreddin’ In The Wind
03. Shred Me Baby One More Time
04. Shreds Like Teen Spirit
05. Unshred Melody
06. My Shred Will Go On
07. Shred Around The Clock
08. Shredway To Heaven
09. Boshredian Rhapsody
10. Shred Of Roses
11. For Those About To Shred - We Salute You

I’d like that :)
